Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCPC, you will be responsible for:

• Leading group therapy sessions that foster connections among clients, encouraging shared experiences and collective learning.

• Providing individualized therapy tailored to each client's unique thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, facilitating the development of personalized coping strategies.

• Collaborating with clients to create and monitor individualized treatment plans focused on their specific needs and objectives.

• Utilizing assessment tools and feedback methods to track client progress, ensuring they are on the right path toward their recovery goals.

• Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, regularly communicating on client care and consulting regarding complex cases to provide comprehensive support.

• Maintaining documentation and ensuring proper compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines relevant to mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, a critical age group in navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and life transitions. You will help them overcome obstacles, restore relationships, and realize their potential through personalized care and evidence-based treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n
