Real Estate Finance Associate: Lender-Focused Deals

The Atlanta office of Holland & Knight LLP is seeking an associate with 1-4 years of experience for its national Real Estate practice. The ideal candidate will have strong real estate finance experience and be involved in drafting and negotiating loan documents, coordinating with paralegals, and engaging with lenders and borrowers.
