Site Superintendent, New York (various suburbs)

c$120-c$200k plus benefits & bonus (depending on experience)

Leading residential focused GC in NYC are looking to hire a few site supers NYC DOB licensed for 3 projects and 2 supers with experience that doesn't need to be licensed for 2 projects in Mount Vernon NY. Salary will range from 120-200k depending on experience licensing or not etc.

The company have 2 buildings in Mount Vernon running simultaneously. These projects are at sheet rock stage. One building is always closed and the other is only starting Sheetrock. This is a large block of apartments. Have another project in Mount Vernon which is smaller site and at foundation stage. We have a large site in the Bronx which is also at sheetrock stage too, and about to start a project in Astoria queens which is and another in the Bronx. These 2 projects should start in the next 4 weeks.

The firm have an endless amount of work with an enviable pipeline too, looking ahead they have more buildings starting Q1 next year in Yonkers. One building 350 and another 225 units. They also have plans to break ground on a building in White Plains December / January total of 500 units, along with a large block in the Bronx starting Q2.

For the right candidate they have on the board right now 10 year's worth of work and they aren't looking to slow down anytime soon.
