The average ratios for our floor is 1:5 for days and 1:6 for nights; however, our day shifters do have to go up to 6 at times and our nights shifters at 7. Prefer 2 years, but willing to consider 1.5 years of M/S experience for quality candidates.Work 50% of holidays that fall within contract.
