Compensation & Performance Bonuses

Base Pay

• $20.00 per hour

Appointment Bonuses

• $50 for every qualified appointment you book
• $100 for every appointment that results in a sold project valued at $1,200 or more

Monthly Sales Bonuses

• 12–13 jobs sold: $1,000 Bonus
• 14–15 jobs sold: $1,500 Bonus
• 16+ jobs sold: $2,000 Bonus

What You'll Do

As a Canvasser, you'll play a critical role in helping our sales team connect with homeowners by generating qualified leads in residential neighborhoods.

Your responsibilities include:

• Walk assigned neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to our painting services
• Schedule appointments for our sales team
• Generate high-quality leads through friendly, professional conversations
• Represent Final Touch Painting with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Record customer interactions and appointment details accurately
• Work independently while contributing to overall team goals

Qualifications

• Ability to walk 5+ miles per day
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Previous canvassing, customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus—but  not required
• Willingness to learn and work toward performance goals
