Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement customized treatment plans for patients referred by physicians, ensuring each plan aligns with the patient's specific needs and progress.
• Utilize your expertise to treat patients across a variety of specialties, including orthopedic conditions, neurological disorders, and sports-related injuries.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic care in both the clinic and home settings, employing evidence-based techniques and procedures that produce meaningful changes in patients' functional abilities.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers on effective strategies for recovery, enhancing their understanding and ability to manage their conditions.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including other healthcare professionals, to optimize patient outcomes and ensure cohesive care.
• Provide exceptional customer service, fostering trust and rapport with every patient to create a supportive and motivating therapeutic environment.
• Meet established utilization and business performance goals, actively contributing to the clinic's operational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, as well as those requiring rehabilitative services for pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine needs. Your expertise will be key in helping diverse patient populations regain their strength, mobility, and independence, leading to improved health outcomes and enhanced quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a valid State License in Physical Therapy are required for this position.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in physical therapy, particularly in orthopedic settings, is necessary to ensure that you can provide quality care.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory for emergency preparedness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
• Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills is required to manage patient records and documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in diverse therapeutic modalities and a commitment to staying informed on modern practices in physical therapy.
• A background in building relationships with patients to support exceeding their rehabilitation goals is highly desired.
• Engagement in community outreach or service will be viewed favorably as we value strong community ties.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
