Health System Specialist

Duties

Manage all department business and administrative requirements.

Perform analyses and provide business perspective on all department operations.

Assist clinicians and other professional, support, and administrative staff in optimizing patient care and clinical processes.

Monitor and analyze clinical workload, productivity, and staffing requirements to ensure adequate personnel resources.

Oversee administrative staff in their day-to-day operations as one of the department's senior administrators.
