As a Vaccines Health and Science Professional (HSP), you will promote Pfizer’s vaccines portfolio across customers and channels, engaging both in‑person and virtually. You will launch new products, manage business relationships, secure formulary access, and drive sales in the assigned territory. Responsibilities Drive sales in the assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives. Engage customers face‑to‑face and virtually. Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans and live/virtual engagement strategies. Build rapport and relationships with customers and key opinion leaders, using judgment to maintain engagement with digital tools. Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities. Apply approved clinically oriented disease‑state information and product knowledge. Demonstrate market knowledge and uncover barriers and drivers across all relevant business channels. Collaborate compliantly with cross‑functional colleagues, including Field Medical and Account Management. Complete all administrative expectations on time, such as entering customer calls, submitting expenses, and responding to requests from sales leadership. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 2 years of professional sales, promotional activity, or related experience; or 6+ years of experience with an associate’s degree; or 8+ years of experience with a high school diploma. Experience in professional sales, entrepreneurial roles, marketing, customer service, account management, or relevant healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN, pharmacist, occupational therapist). Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory. Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record. Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, or related marketing. Strong track record of sales or marketing success, territory management skills, and outstanding communications skills. Experience with vaccine therapeutic area and products. Knowledge of local customers and markets. Reside within the territory boundaries. Compensation & Benefits Annual base salary ranges from $76,000 to $199,600. During initial new‑hire sales training, you will be classified as a salary non‑exempt employee eligible for overtime pay; after training certification, you will become an overtime exempt employee. The role offers quarterly sales incentive bonuses and comprehensive benefits, including a 401(k) with matching contributions, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental leave, and health, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
