LPN Position

Position Title: LPN

Location: Devils Lake, ND, 58301

Duration: 10 weeks (possible extension)

Work Schedule: Day shift (variable days) 12-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including medication administration and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and report changes promptly.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Support resident care plans and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Assist with activities of daily living and promote resident safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
