Monitors systems capacity and performance through APM tools, plans and executes disaster recovery procedures, and provides Tier 2 technical support. Excellent analytical skills, resiliency mindset, attention to detail (production environment), excellent collaboration and communication skills (verbal and written). Position requires the candidate to be highly flexible in hours of work because of its customer‑facing, highly available infrastructure necessity. Experience with Web‑based applications and tools such as ELK (log monitoring), APM tools, and Jenkins.
