Allegra Cedar Rapids  is a growing full-service marketing, print, and visual communications company seeking a highly organized, customer-focused professional to join our team as a  Customer Service Representative and Sales Support Specialist .

At Allegra, we help businesses grow through commercial printing, direct mail, signage, promotional products, branded apparel, graphic design, finishing services, and more. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping clients succeed, and can effectively support both customers and our sales team.

As a key member of our team, you will work directly with clients while providing administrative and project support to a small group of sales professionals. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing details, solving problems, and ensuring projects move smoothly from quote to completion.

What You'll Do

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage client projects from quote through production and delivery.



• Serve as a primary point of contact for sales representatives and customers, ensuring exceptional service and communication.



• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure projects stay on schedule.



• Follow up on estimates, proposals, and active jobs.



• Review project details and perform quality checks to help ensure accuracy.



• Maintain organized customer files, artwork, and project records.



• Participate in daily production and scheduling meetings.



• Assist customers with printing, signage, promotional products, apparel, and marketing-related solutions.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Schedule customer meetings for sales representatives.



• Assist sales representatives with client visits and presentations as needed.



• Research prospective clients and sales opportunities.



• Support business development and lead generation efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.



• Customer service, sales support, inside sales, or administrative experience preferred.



• Experience in the printing, graphic arts, promotional products, apparel decoration, or related industry is highly desirable.



• Strong verbal and written communication skills.



• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.



• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.



• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.



• Good math and problem-solving skills.



• Comfortable working with computer systems and learning new technology.



• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented.



• Positive attitude and strong customer-first mindset.



• An eye for design, color, and visual presentation is helpful.



• Ability to move throughout the facility to gather information, materials, and project approvals.

Schedule

• Full-time

Preferred Experience
