Implementation Specialist

MEDICAL SOLUTIONS CONSULTANTS LLC

Location: Port St. Lucie, FL (On-site, up to 5 days/week) Travel: Up to several days per month, across the U.S. Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a driven and personable Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding of new Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) clients onto our AI-powered admissions and patient care management platform. This role is central to client success — you'll be the face of our company during onboarding, guiding facility staff through platform adoption, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and providing hands‑on training for our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) devices. The ideal candidate combines strong project coordination skills, comfort with healthcare terminology, and the interpersonal presence to build trust with clinical and administrative staff on‑site. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding: Travel to Skilled Nursing Facilities to onboard new clients in person, introducing them to our software platform and its AI-powered admissions and onboarding. Onboarding Coordination: Manage and complete all pre‑requisite onboarding tasks, coordinating simultaneously with multiple internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure a smooth, on‑time launch. RPM Device Training: Deliver hands‑on, in‑person training for Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) devices provided to clients, ensuring staff are confident and competent in their use. Post‑Onboarding Support: Partner closely with the clinical team following go‑live to support client adoption of the platform, addressing questions and reinforcing best practices. Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the implementation process, building strong working relationships with facility administrators and clinical staff. Qualifications Basic understanding of health vitals, medical diagnoses, Chronic Care Management (CCM), telemedicine, and other common healthcare terminology. Excellent English fluency with strong presentation and people‑engagement skills; comfortable speaking to and training groups of healthcare professionals. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders on parallel timelines. Comfortable with hands‑on technical training (software and hardware/devices). Valid driver's license required. Willingness to travel to client sites across the U.S. approximately 4 times per month. Ability to work on‑site from our Port St. Lucie, FL office up to 5 days per week. Preferred Experience Prior experience in healthcare technology, SNF/long‑term care operations, client onboarding, implementation management, or a related client‑facing role. Familiarity with Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) devices or similar healthcare. Experience working with clinical teams or in clinical‑adjacent environments.
