ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2001 and is a close-knit team of five who are focused on delivering excellent service to every customer we work with. Before becoming an agent, I spent 11 years in Claims with State Farm, which gave me a strong understanding of what customers go through and how important it is to provide real support when it matters most.

Outside of the office, I enjoy golfing and used to run marathons. I come from a big family with four siblings, and fun fact—we’re all left-handed. Family and connection are important parts of my life, and that carries over into the way our office operates. I’m also active in the community as a member of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. and the Colorado Community Church, and I support the local food bank through regular donations. Giving back is an important part of who we are as an agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tammy Hill - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
