In-House Regulatory Counsel for Fintech & Broker-Dealer

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to join our Regulatory legal team, focusing on retail broker-dealer regulation at the intersection of regulation, technology, and finance. This role requires a JD and state bar membership with 5–7+ years of relevant practice, plus in-house or regulatory agency experience, strong communication, and practical problem-solving skills.

This hybrid position is based in New York, Washington DC, or Menlo Park with in-person
