Encompass Health in Birmingham, AL seeks an LPN to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this team-focused role, you’ll provide direct bedside care, administer medications, monitor patient progress, and support mobility and ADLs in collaboration with RNs, therapists, and physicians. You’ll document in the EMR, reinforce patient and family education, uphold safety and infection control standards, and contribute to individualized rehab plans while growing your skills through specialty training and career development opportunities.
