If you're passionate about emergency nursing and thrive in an environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a difference, we invite you to join our team.How you'll contributeA Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities.Documents patient care provided.Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs.Evaluates patient and family learning needs and provides appropriate education based on age, culture, condition, and circumstances.Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.Provides quality patient care and works flexible shifts or units as needed.Maintains regular and reliable attendance.Performs other duties as assigned.Why join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. Additional requirements include:Certifications: BLS / ACLS / PALSExperience: Previous Emergency Services PreferredLicenses: Must have a current state or compact state RN license.Education: Associate's degree required. BSN preferred.
