Responsibilities And Expectations Interact and support customer requests via the telephone, and all other forms of electronic communication. Respond to customer account inquiries; resolve product and service issues; proactively promote bank products and services Communicate in a positive and professional manner, building a rapport with both internal and external customers of the Bank by fulfilling various duties including but not limited to: Mitigation of risk while working to find solutions for customers Understanding the requirements, procedures, and documentation necessary for customer interactions, including sales of loans, debit cards, online banking and other functions. Providing follow-up and feedback for both internal and external clients within established guidelines. Use needs-based selling techniques to deepen relationships with customers Other duties as assigned You will be cross trained in the ITM Video queue and will be trained to handle incoming transactions Experience 2 years Customer service experience preferred. Must be comfortable with all forms of electronic communication. Outgoing individuals are encouraged to apply! Education High School Graduate or GED Interpersonal Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary. Work will involve frequent electronic interaction with customers and employees, by video, email, secure messages, phone, and chat. Other Skills Punctual, mentally alert, professional in appearance and manner. Good listening skills, ability to greet the public and communicate in a friendly and tactful manner.
