Training and mentorship Team support Qualified leads Scheduled showings Responsibilities Coordinate buyer and seller property showings across Mill Creek, South Everett, and Snohomish Support licensed agents with scheduling, preparation, and professional client communication Provide prompt showing feedback and help refine client search criteria Generate and follow up on leads and showing opportunities using team systems Participate in training, mentorship, team meetings, and coaching Deliver a reliable, client-first experience while building a real estate career Qualifications Licensed real estate agent or actively pursuing a Washington real estate license Strong interest in serving buyers and sellers in the Mill Creek, South Everett, and Snohomish corridor Reliable transportation and availability for in-person showings Professional, responsive, and comfortable communicating with clients and team members Coachability and commitment to training, mentorship, and accountability Positive, service-minded attitude and willingness to build a career through commission-only compensation Compensation $75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly This is a commission based position.
