Job Description Provide comprehensive nursing care within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment in Iraq. Working alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical support teams, this role combines direct patient care, clinical assessment, care coordination, and interdisciplinary collaboration across a broad range of medical and urgent care settings. Location: Iraq Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care across acute and routine clinical presentations, including medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, monitoring, and patient support. Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, evaluate patient conditions, and support individualized care planning in collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Respond to changing patient conditions and urgent clinical situations while coordinating appropriate interventions and escalation of care when needed. Educate patients on treatment plans, health conditions, medications, and self‑care strategies to support continuity of care and patient understanding. Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation within electronic medical record systems while supporting quality and operational standards across the healthcare environment. Participate in on‑call responsibilities, ongoing training, and operational support activities. Qualifications Requirements Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia. Associate, Bachelor, Master of Science in Nursing, or Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from an accredited nursing program. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. 2+ years of nursing experience, including recent hands‑on clinical experience within the past year. U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid passport. Ability to obtain and maintain MRPT security clearance and meet international assignment medical requirements. Preferred Previous experience in international, military, government, emergency, or resource‑limited healthcare environments. Experience working within interdisciplinary acute care or urgent care clinical settings.
