Comprehensive Benefits: 50% company-paid health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement: 401(k) with company match Career Growth: Ongoing paid training and professional development Uniforms Provided: Cleaned and serviced for you Supportive Culture: High-energy, collaborative team that celebrates wins Responsibilities What You’ll Do Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential electrical systems Perform installations and upgrades that exceed NEC standards Communicate clearly with customers and provide recommendations Document work with before-and-after photos Keep your work area safe, clean, and professional Help us deliver 100% customer satisfaction every time Qualifications What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of residential electrical experience (wiring, repair, troubleshooting) Apprentice or Journeyman license preferred (but not required) Ability to read blueprints, run conduit, wire/terminate devices, and test systems Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills Detail-oriented, organized, and a true team player Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs and work safely at heights or outdoors Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Clean background check & drug screen Bonus Points: Experience with ServiceTitan Ready to Take the Next Step?
