About the Role Bridgewater’s Partnership is the group of the firm’s most senior leadersand largest owners, who are collectively responsible for stewarding the firm’s culture and principles, its governance, and its long-termsuccess. Partners work alongside executive leadership and the Board of Directors to hold the firm to its highest standard.ThePartnerOffice helpsfacilitatethefirm-building and governance activities of Bridgewater’sPartners by organizing and managing the key day-to-day activities of the Partnership’s committees and the strategic projects to build the Partnershipand its impact.The Partner Office Project Manager willbe responsible foroverseeing a broad range of tasksand projects in support of this mission.You will workclosely with Bridgewater’s47Partnerstohelp drive the success of the Partnershipand ensure productive coordination with the firm’s executive leadership and operating Board of Directors. In this role, you will partner with the Partnership Chair and Deputy Chair to shape the Partnership from where it stands today to its future potential. You will be responsible for designing and managing both operational and strategic projects, supporting key initiatives such as communications, priority setting, and project proposals. Additionally, you will interact with multiple executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams across the company. Successful candidates will be independent self-starters who are interested in getting exposure to company-level priorities and business strategies. They willdemonstratestrong organizational skills,excellentverbaland written communication skills, andbe able to provide structure to complex projects, and have a desire to grow their strategic capabilities. This is a fast-paced,results-orientedenvironment that requires the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and demanding deadlines. You will be afitfor the role if you: Are organized, reliable, and can prioritize effectively Havea track recordof managing and executing on many concurrent threads across different initiatives Are passionate about running and improving processes and keeping the trains on time and on track Can communicate clearly and respondin a timely manner, and collaborate with a variety of different stakeholders, including senior executives Can independently advance important initiatives with limited oversight and direction Have strong attention to detail Are willing to speak up and share your point of view, constructively challengeothers,including senior leaders You give feedback directly and take it well You will drive the following responsibilities: RunPartnershipmanagement and projects, including: Collaborating with the Partnership Chair and Deputy Chair on setting and maintaining the Partnership priorities Managing the Partnership committees andworking directly with committeechairsin setting the committee meeting agendas and priorities Partnering with thePartnershipLeadership Committeeon strategic initiatives Collaborate withseniorstakeholdersacross Bridgewater(i.e.,Office of the CEO,Board Office,Executive Committee) to stay up-to-dateand coordinatedonkey threads Owning the tracking and accountability of Partner engagementand impact Support key operational responsibilities within the Partnership, including: Point of contact for Partnership requests Partnering closely with the Partnership Office coordinator on executinglogistics Managing engagement with Partner teams and Partnership Office coordinator Collaborating with Finance on Partnership Office budget Bachelor’s Degreewith an excellent academic record 2 – 4 years of strategy consulting, projectmanagementor equivalent experience Exceptional communication abilities: able to crisply, and effectively, communicate (both verbally and in writing) with all levels of employees including senior leadership Proventrack recorddemonstratingstrong process management skills with experience driving measurable change in an organization Experience keeping complex, multi-phased projects on track; strong organizational skills and a commitment to reliably meeting deadlines Ability to autonomouslyoperatein a dynamic environment; be flexible when priorities shift and/or agile enough to pivot a project based onadditionaldata/new inputs A desire to learn and develop independent conclusions; must also be willing to challenge the status quo Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to collaboratively partner across departments Integrity, precision, and care in handling sensitive, complex information Structured and rigorous approach to solving complex problems Compensation The wage range for this role is $120,000- $175,000inclusive of base salary and discretionary target bonus. The expected base salary for this role is between 80% - 90% of this wage range. Physical Requirements Theanticipatedonsite requirement for this role is four days per week at our New York City campus.
