Delivery Driver / Non-CDL Courier – Start at $1,250 -$1,500/Week + Paid Training | Burlington, WA 98233
Looking for a steady Delivery Driver job where your work matters and you’re treated with respect? Join us at Western Freight Logistics , a growing FedEx contractor hiring reliable, safety-focused drivers for package delivery routes near Burlington, WA and Bellingham, WA . Whether you have experience with FedEx, Amazon, UPS, DHL, Lowe’s, or Home Depot — or strong labor/driving experience — we want to hear from you.
About Western Freight LogisticsWe’ve spent the last year transforming our company culture, equipment, and operations into one of the top-performing FedEx teams in the area. We’re expanding into a new service area and building a team that values safety, teamwork, and support. Terminal located at 2000 S Walnut St, Burlington, WA 98233.
Pay & Benefits- $250/day – 4-day routes
- $250/day – 5-day routes
- Opportunities for an additional day
- Make $1,150 to $1,250 per week
- Paid training: $18/hr
- 401(k) with up to 6% match
- 10 PTO days after 6 months
- Enjoy a 3-days off each week with our 4-day delivery routes.
- Company vehicle & uniforms provided
- Full-Time: Tue-Sat, Sun-Thu, or Fri-Mon
- Part-Time: 2-4 days/week
- Start time: 8:30 AM until route completion
- Safely complete package delivery routes (avg. 135 stops/day)
- Load, scan, and deliver packages
- Perform vehicle inspections
- Use GPS/navigation tools daily
- 21+ with valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Able to handle packages up to 150 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Must be willing to submit to MVR review, background check, DOT physical, and drug test
- CDL not required
