As a Security Officer Patrol in Monroe, LA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming experience for customers, associates, and visitors. You will communicate professionally, respond to routine concerns, and contribute to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity and delivers exceptional service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, customers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, parking areas, receiving areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards. Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity, reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities according to site-specific procedures and provide clear information to responding personnel when needed. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
