Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) -

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to work on our night shift team. As a CNA at Nightingale at Stonegate, you will provide high-quality patient care, focusing on the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents. This is a full-time position, working night shifts, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide basic nursing care, including vital sign monitoring and medication administration under the supervision of a licensed nurse
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Contribute to a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control policies and practices
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

Current CNA certification
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
