Transcend GTO-QM, Clinical Quality

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Global Template Owner for Clinical/R&D Quality to lead standardization and modernization of quality processes across the Transcend business transformation program. This hybrid role consolidates clinical and R&D quality processes into a unified SAP S/4 HANA platform, driving global alignment and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead Clinical/R&D Quality standardization and SAP S/4 HANA capability adoption globally
- Develop and maintain Global Template documentation ensuring consistency across markets
- Act as change champion driving process harmonization and organizational alignment
- Map end-to-end Clinical/R&D Quality processes and maintain knowledge center content
- Support business simulation, user acceptance testing, and deployment training activities
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years relevant work experience in operations, supply chain, or finance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred
- Expertise in Clinical/R&D Quality processes and systems
- Experience with multi-ERP environments and system implementation
- Project management certification (PMP, FPX) or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, process excellence, or APICS helpful
- Strong change management and stakeholder alignment skills
