Job Full Description

Express Employment in Hackettstown, NJ is working with a local company in Lebanon, NJ who is looking for a Reach Truck Driver.

This is a temp to perm position!

Responsibilities:

Determine what needs to be moved from main warehouse location to Warehouse 5 (WH5) approx. 5 miles away
Load truck from main warehouse, drive truck to WH5, and unload
Begin receiving orders for the day to pick items off of pallets at WH5
Responsible for large shipments in and out of WH5
General warehouse maintenance
At times supervision of other workers helping at WH5 will be necessary (not the norm/limited)
Required to learn all equipment - order picker, two different forklifts

Experience and Skills:

Valid driver's license
High school diploma or GED
Comfortable with computers (instruction provided)
Able to read, speak, and write in the English language
Able to lift/carry 50 lbs with or without accommodation
Able to work with carts, dollies, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.
Totally reliable and punctual
Desire to learn and take on responsibility
Pride in work
Comfortable working alone (independently)
Able to work in climates of 50 degrees in winter and 90 degrees in summer
Enjoys meeting deadlines on a day-to-day basis
Comfortable with heights (order picker goes to 25 feet)
