Job Description:

• The Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing how work moves through the software delivery lifecycle, including intake management, sequencing, dependency coordination, flow management, cycle time optimization, throughput tracking, and release planning.
• This role is accountable for ensuring a predictable, reliable, and efficient delivery process across multiple engineering teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing intake, prioritization, and sequencing of work across delivery teams.
• Coordinating dependencies and removing blockers to maintain delivery flow.
• Monitoring cycle times, throughput, and other delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensuring release plans are predictable, repeatable, and aligned with business priorities.
• Providing visibility into work in progress, upcoming releases, and delivery risks.
• Leading delivery execution across multiple engineering teams simultaneously.
• Using data-driven insights to manage delivery performance rather than relying solely on status reporting.
• Establishing and maintaining delivery cadence while enabling teams to remain productive and efficient.
• Partnering with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and release commitments.
• Driving accountability for delivery outcomes and operational excellence across the software factory.
