Location: Bergey's Buick GMC- Souderton, PA Shift: Part Time (evenings 3p-7p and Saturdays) *Looking for someone with a flexible schedule- might include some full day coverage*

Responsibilities: Oversee and organize customer files. Maintain confidential customer and company information. Track Inventory stock and inbound vehicles. Prepare inventory folders. Establish and maintain strong relations with our accounting, sales, and managers. Maintain accurate daily, monthly, quarterly, and year-end folders. Maintain professional demeanor and appearance, as well as keep work area organized. Employee may be required to perform other job duties as assigned. Work well in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Companys Values in all interaction's coworkers, vendors. Ensure all car deals are ready to go to the accounting office Verify payoffs and insurance coverage for car deals Assist all finance personnel throughout the day with phone calls and customers Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions Verify bank approval on financed and leased deals Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders Must be able to work well on your own All other task assigned by manager
