Job Description
RN Case Manager - Utilization Review

Schedule

0800-1630 (08:00), 5 days a week, with alternating weekends.

Assignment Details

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: Full-time

Requirements

• Active RN License
• Experience in case management or utilization review
• Strong coordination and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of medical necessity processes
• Ability to effectively manage patient care resources

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient care along a continuum through resource coordination.
• Ensure optimal health outcomes for patients while coordinating access to care.
• Manage the medical necessity process for accurate and timely payment for services.
• Negotiate with payers on a case-by-case basis as required.
