Before becoming an agent, I worked for another State Farm agent and also gained experience with another insurance company. Those experiences helped shape my customer-focused and education-first approach to serving clients. I’m married with two children and value building both a strong business and a strong family life. I stay heavily involved in the community as a Boys & Girls Club board member, Orrville Rotary Club member, and President of the Orrville Community Development Corporation. Responsibilities Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow‑up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
