ICU Nurse

Shift: 3x12s, Days, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Requirement Description:

Must have a minimum of 24 months ICU experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - REQUIRED
Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - REQUIRED
No hits on state license to practice - REQUIRED [DOCUMENT]
Travel experience - HIGHLY PREFERRED
Active license to practiceverified in last 30 days - REQUIRED [DOCUMENT]
Active ACLS certification from approved vendor - REQUIRED [DOCUMENT]
Active BLS certification from approved vendor - REQUIRED [DOCUMENT]
Driver's License - REQUIRED [DOCUMENT]

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

BLS (AHA)
ACLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

Wyoming

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: Must have active state license to practice at time of submission

Weekend Requirements: On Call Requirements: To be determined by the facility
