About the Role: As a Home Health RN with Kure Home Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare services, and we're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Fresno, CA location. Responsibilities: Assess patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs and develop personalized care plans to achieve optimal health outcomes Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and education to patients and their families Collaborate with members of the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, physical therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care Conduct home visits to patients, assessing their condition, and providing necessary interventions to improve their quality of life Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and communication with the healthcare team Prioritize patient safety and adherence to infection control protocols Establish and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and caregivers Requirements: Current California RN license 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (new graduates encouraged to apply!) Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care What We Offer: $55 an hour Health care and PTO after 90 days, 401(k) after one year.
