Global Product Leader, AlinIQ® Sample Management (Indexor)

Abbott seeks an experienced Global Product Leader to direct strategy and growth for the AlinIQ® Sample Management portfolio. This role involves defining product vision and roadmap, identifying market opportunities, and collaborating across R&D, commercial, and executive teams to deliver laboratory automation solutions that enhance specimen handling and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, multi-year roadmap, and growth strategy for AlinIQ Sample Management portfolio
- Partner with R&D, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver innovative products and enhancements
- Engage directly with laboratory leaders and healthcare stakeholders to understand specimen management challenges
- Drive ecosystem strategy connecting automation, laboratory information systems, and enterprise healthcare platforms
- Foster culture of innovation and accountability across global cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading global product strategy in healthcare or life sciences
- Deep knowledge of laboratory operations, specimen management, and automation systems
- Proven track record driving product innovation and commercialization at scale
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills across R&D, commercial, and operations teams
- Experience with digital health platforms, laboratory informatics, and healthcare ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex customer needs into product requirements
