Schedule: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Typical schedule: 50–55 hours per week)
Pay Rate: Starting at $70,000+
Pay Type: Base salary + commission after training
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Earning Potential: Starting at $70,000 - $90,000

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and perform vehicle intake.
• Create repair orders and present repair estimates.
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on customer needs.
• Manage repair orders from start to finish.
• Coordinate with technicians to keep workflow moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Sales-minded with a desire to earn through performance.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required. Training is provided for the right candidate.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, bartending, serving, or sales is welcomed.
