As a Speech-Language Pathologist working with school-aged children, you will make a meaningful impact by assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders. Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state license (or eligibility to obtain) as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in educational settings or with pediatric populations is highly regarded
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to optimize student outcomes
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability to evolving caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small group settings
  • Consult and collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to create an inclusive environment
  • Maintain timely documentation and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere to support student progress
