As part of one of our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) teams, you'll provide compassionate, community-based care that helps individuals experiencing serious mental illness achieve stability and wellness. In this role, you'll combine your clinical expertise with a whole-person, recovery-focused approach—offering both direct nursing care and support that empowers clients to thrive in their own communities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients and the ACT team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans
- Administer and manage medications under the direction of the team psychiatrist, ensuring safe handling and integration into treatment goals
- Provide health assessments, education, and coaching on medication use, mental illness, and co-occurring conditions
- Conduct or assist with comprehensive client assessments and documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and safety plans
- Support clients in accessing and understanding medical appointments and treatment recommendations
- Participate in daily and weekly team meetings, consultations, and supervision
- Provide on-call crisis intervention and support during evenings, nights, or weekends as scheduled
- Maintain compliance with all medication, safety, and infection control protocols (CLIA, OSHA, and agency policies)
- Provide services in community-based settings and assist with client transportation as needed; driving is an essential function of this position
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
High School/GED required
Qualifications: Work experience/training/additional requirements
• Experience in an inpatient or outpatient psychiatric setting preferred • A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
Licensure/Certification
RN, licensed in Missouri or GPN/GN, passing the MO NCLEX within 90 days of graduation required
