Director, EPMO Resource Optimization (North America/Europe)

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Director to lead enterprise-wide resource optimization strategy within its Program Management Office. This remote leadership role focuses on improving workforce productivity, operational efficiency, and financial performance across a global CRO organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement enterprise-wide resource optimization strategy and playbook
Establish scalable methodologies and best practices to improve workforce effectiveness across the organization
Identify and prioritize capacity optimization opportunities and resource alignment initiatives
Build financial models to quantify opportunity sizing, targets, productivity gains, and cost avoidance
Lead cross-functional execution and drive accountability for strategic transformation initiative delivery

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 10 years in resource optimization, business transformation, or management consulting
At least 5 years advising large, complex organizations on workforce strategy or transformation
Expertise in financial modeling for labor efficiency, productivity, and cost analysis
Demonstrated success designing and executing labor optimization programs with measurable outcomes
Strong influence and collaboration skills with senior cross-functional leaders
Proficiency in English with excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication

Compensation: $141,500.00 - $281,500.00 annually
