BEHAVIORAL HEALTH / PSYCH REGISTERED NURSE, RN - Home Health Visits PRN/Per Diem Positions Available! Provide the highest quality of care for home health patients in a professional and compassionate manner. You will work with other disciplines to maximize patient outcomes, be a patient advocate, and communicate with their primary doctor, clinical team manager, and other team members to manage the patient’s care.
