Ryder is Now Hiring Regional CDL-A Truck Drivers in Hernando, MS Average $1,850 per Week - Top Drivers Earn Up to $2,400+ per Week $4,000 Loyalty Bonus - Quarterly Safety Bonus \n

• Average $1,850 per week
\n
• Solo miles pay: 62 CPM with 2,000 - 3,000 miles per week
\n
• Solo stops pay: $25.50 per stop with 12 stops per week
\n
• Per diem pay: $60.00 per night with 1 - 3 nights per week
\n
• Top drivers earn up to $2,400+ per week
\n
• Safety bonus: $4,000 paid within the first year
\n
• Safety bonus:  Pays you $300 - $500 every quarter
\n
• Route: Regional
\n
• Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days
\n
• 80 hours PTO your first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid for it)
\n

\n
• Schedule: 7 day operation with 1-2 days off in middle of the week
\n
• Start Time: 11:00 PM - 3:00 AM or 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
\n
• Deliver solo to: TN, MS, AR, MO, KS, LA, WI , IA, IL
\n
• Tractor Type: Sleeper with APU, automatics 
\n
• Trailer Type: Reefer & Dry van 53 '
\n
• Ryder will train you on all equipment needed to be successful
\n
• Equipment: Pallet jack 
\n
• Freight: Driver assist unload - touch - groceries
\n

\n
• Driver positions are paid weekly
\n
• Paid training
\n
• Unlimited driver referral bonuses - earn up to $1,500 for every hired driver
\n
• Uniforms, cell phone & boot allowance provided
\n
• Drivers are the Captain — you make safety decisions, and your job is protected 
\n
• 401(k) rollover available now + company match at 1 year
\n
• 12 weeks paid maternity leave (subject to specific eligibility criteria, including work tenure)

• Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24/7 roadside maintenance, and company drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide.

• Valid Class A CDL
\n
• 9 months of experience within the past 3 years
\n
• Minimum 21 years of age
\n
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
\n
• Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
\n
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
\n
