RN - Peds Profession: RN Specialty: Cardiovascular Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years of current hospital Pediatric CVOR RN experience License: RN License Certifications: BLS & ACLS Must-Have: Minimum 1 year of current hospital Pediatric CVOR RN experienceBLS & ACLS certificationsExperience in cardiac/open heart surgery Description:The Pediatric Operating Room is seeking experienced RNs.This unit has 8 ORs and employs a staff of 25 members.The operating hours are from 7 AM to 5:30 PM.Patient ratios are 1:1, although this is an estimate and not guaranteed.The role involves managing the operating room, assisting surgeons, monitoring vital signs, and providing pre- and post-operative care.Preferred candidates will have pediatric experience and CVOR/cardiac experience.The team values good communication and teamwork skills.Successful candidates will be able to function across multiple service lines.Common procedures performed in this unit include orthopedic, ENT, urology, spine, general, GYN, endoscopy, plastics, and cardiac surgeries.Strong patient care experience is prioritized. #J-18808-Ljbffr
