Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to provide home health services in Redding, California. Key Responsibilities Include Evaluating patients' functional status, mobility, pain, and medical conditions Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans Performing interventions to improve patient well-being and restore function Monitoring and reporting patient progress and responses to treatment Collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate care Educating patients and families about care plans and progress Completing evaluations, progress notes, and ensuring care plans adhere to state guidelines Providing quality care in diverse home environments regardless of patient background Qualifications Current Physical Therapy licensure in California Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days (preferred) Skills & Attributes Strong assessment and clinical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and educational skills Adaptability to various home settings and patient needs We offer competitive salary, benefits, incentives, and opportunities for growth in a supportive environment dedicated to caring, connecting, and growing together. #J-18808-Ljbffr Azza HealthCare Agency
