Job Description

** Full-Time Sourcing Specialist — On-Site (Minden, NV)**

** A. J. Levin Company Inc. ** is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist / Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, a positive attitude, and solid experience with Microsoft Office and Excel .

** Key Responsibilities **

· Negotiation of price and delivery conditions

Execution of orders from suppliers in accordance with operational specifications
Conducting day-to-day price inquiries
Follow up on open orders and supplier requests to ensure timely responses.

** Qualifications **

Experience in the commercial sector
Strong negotiation skills and confident appearance
High reliability, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team or independently
Basic MS Office and Excel user skills
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent time management and organizational skills

Schedule & Details

Job Type: Full-Time
Expected Hours: 40/week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Location: In-person — Minden, NV
Must be willing to relocate or commute prior to starting
