Shipping and Receiving Associate

Warehouse Associate – RCI Offroad Location: Loveland, CO 80538 – must be able to commute or relocate. Key Responsibilities Process orders, package and ship accurately. Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy. Maintain organized inventory and correct inventory levels. Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory. Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations. Suggest improvements to warehousing procedures. Keep the warehouse clean and organized daily. Assist the team with additional duties as required. Requirements Self‑driven and motivated; able to work unsupervised. Strong attention to detail and focus on quality. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Quick learner with excellent hand‑eye coordination. Capable of lifting or moving 60+ lbs continuously and standing for long periods. Strong time‑management skills and teamwork ability. Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
