Food Bar Staff Member - All Shifts

Position Summary Food Bar Staff Members prepare, stock, and serve fresh, made-from-scratch items at the food bar in a fast-paced environment. This role requires attention to quality, excellent customer service, and food safety while helping deliver a welcoming, country-style dining experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Prepare, portion, and stock food bar items according to recipes and company standards Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the food bar and prep areas Monitor food temperatures and freshness to ensure safety and quality Assist with plating, packaging, and serving food for to-go customers Provide friendly, helpful customer service at the food bar counter Rotate products to ensure freshness and minimize waste Work as part of a team to ensure timely, high-quality service Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Prior food service or customer service experience preferred (but not required) Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays Strong teamwork and communication skills Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. Pay Range The pay range for this position begins at $12.00 per hour and varies based on the experience of the applicant.
