Production Associate

As a Production Associate, you will operate, monitor, and maintain machinery. You will be responsible for loading raw materials into the production line and ensuring smooth operations by adjusting machines as needed.

• Operate and monitor machinery for efficient production.
• Load raw materials into the production line.
• Visually inspect materials as they are processed.
• Report any issues to the team lead.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality standards are met.
• Adjust machinery as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.

• Experience in machine operation and maintenance.
• Ability to perform inspections and ensure quality.
• Mechanical assembly and mechanically inclined.

• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Experience with clamp trucks is beneficial.
• Quality inspection experience is advantageous.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jeffersonville, IN.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
