Therapists work closely with support staff to manage schedules, assist with treatment area preparation, and maintain a smooth clinic flow. Documentation is completed in an electronic medical record system, with an emphasis on accurate, timely, and outcomes-focused charting.

Shifts generally occur during standard outpatient hours, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility for early or later appointments depending on clinic demand.
