Business Escrow Service Associate

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Business Escrow Services Associate for a top financial services client specializing in escrow and paying agent solutions. This individual will play a key role in supporting both internal teams and external clients by ensuring accurate payment processing, reviewing critical legal documentation, and serving as a primary point of contact for securityholder inquiries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and experienced in escrow operations, with the ability to collaborate closely with relationship managers, attorneys, and operations teams to deliver timely and high-quality service.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent relevant work experience
2+ years of experience in escrow and/or paying agent roles
Familiarity with escrow agreements
Familiarity with legal documentation and entity structures
Experience providing escrow agreement feedback to attorneys
Ability to research, analyze, and resolve payment-related issues
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in document review Experience supporting Relationship Managers or client-facing teams
Exposure to payment execution, wire verification, or reconciliation processes
Experience working directly with external counsel
Prior experience with client portals or document execution platforms
Background in financial services, trust, or corporate actions
