The Team We are a small, high output Brand and Content team running brand campaigns, thought leadership programmes, executive content, PR and a community publication. There is a lot going on and this role will be close to all of it. The Role We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who can help SuperOps show up boldly and consistently in the market. We want someone with the range to work across social, content and brand, someone who understands how modern attention works, moves fast, uses AI tools intelligently and can turn ideas into distribution at scale. You will bring both sharp instincts and executional muscle, owning our social presence, supporting thought leadership and helping the team operate at a significantly higher output level. What You Will Do Own day to day social execution across LinkedIn, X and Instagram, publishing with consistency and intent Own the content calendar, planning, scheduling and publishing content consistently across all platforms Align social strategy with overall brand voice, product messaging and go to market priorities Repurpose long form content such as interviews, reports and webinars into platform native assets that actually perform Spot trends, surface content angles relevant to our ICP and move on them quickly Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates and industry conversations in the MSP and IT space Track conversations, creators and content opportunities across AI, SaaS, startups and IT Help build repeatable social and content systems that scale without sacrificing quality Content & Brand Support Support executive and founder thought leadership workflows, helping ideas become compelling content Support TOFU content production including blog posts, newsletters, social series and short form video scripts Help maintain brand and editorial consistency across all content assets Coordinate with designers, video editors, freelancers and internal stakeholders to ship quickly and cleanly Community Engagement & Growth Actively engage with the SuperOps community, responding to comments, messages and mentions Build relationships with MSP communities, IT leaders and industry influencers Monitor brand mentions and industry conversations to identify engagement opportunities Drive follower growth and audience expansion through both organic and paid social strategies Paid Social & Campaigns Collaborate with Demand Generation to align social campaigns with broader pipeline goals A/B test content formats, messaging and audiences to optimise performance Performance & Reporting Report on social performance weekly and pull insights that genuinely improve output and reach Track what is working, what is not and adjust with speed and without waiting to be asked What We Are Looking For 1 to 4 years of experience in social media, brand, content, media, startup marketing or creator ecosystems Deep familiarity with internet culture and platform behaviour, you know why things work, not just that they do Strong content instincts and a genuine understanding of distribution, reach is earned, not assumed Ability to adapt content across formats and channels without losing the thread Fast execution and strong ownership, you ship, you iterate, you improve AI native working style, you use tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity as force multipliers, not novelties Comfortable operating in fast moving, ambiguous environments without hand holding Eye for design, you do not need to be a designer but you can brief one well and you spot when something is off Organised and detail oriented, you can juggle multiple content tracks without dropping deadlines Genuinely curious about AI, tech or the IT industry, not a hard prerequisite but it helps a lot Bonus Points If You Have experience with short form video workflows Can show us content you have created and explain clearly why it worked Have worked in B2B SaaS, AI, media or startup environments Tools You Will Work With ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Notion, Canva, Figma, video clipping and editing tools, CMS and scheduling platforms.
