Core Responsibilities & Duties

• Patient Assessment & Care: Monitor resident conditions assess needs observe and interpret symptoms and communicate effectively with physicians to devise individualized care plans.

• Treatments & Medications: Adjust and administer medications perform routine procedures (vitals injections) and execute doctor-recommended treatment plans.

• Documentation & Safety: Accurately fill out patient charts and Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Inspect facilities and maintain excellent hygiene sanitation and safety standards (decontaminating equipment preparing beds).

• Emergency & Leadership Care: Provide instant medical care during emergencies supervise and train nursing assistants and foster a supportive compassionate environment for residents and their families.

Education Licensing & Requirements

• Licensure: Valid RN License to practice in the State of Maine (Required).

• Experience: Nursing experience in a long-term care or geriatric setting is preferred (minimum 1 year preferred).

• Commuting: Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Lewiston ME 04240 .
