Associate Veterinarian
A well-established small animal practice is expanding and seeking a confident, collaborative Associate Veterinarian to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian who values mentorship, teamwork, and delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive clinical environment.
Practice Environment
- Established a four-doctor small animal practice
- Strong team culture supported by nine Registered Veterinary Technicians

Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, personalized medical care to companion animals
- Perform wellness exams, diagnostics, and routine surgical procedures
- Collaborate closely with veterinarians and skilled support staff
- Build lasting relationships with clients who value high-quality care
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture
- Maintain a balanced schedule, including protected lunch breaks
Qualifications
- DVM with active Ohio licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset
- Two or more years of experience preferred; new graduates welcome with mentorship available
- Passion for delivering excellent medical care and fostering long-term client relationships
